You've got to love the future. Much of it can come straight from the best and most creative heart-mind projections of today. It certainly has a lot of potential to be great, but, it beckons us to look in its best direction.

We must look to see the future we want to be within. We must re-align the vision so that it can adjust with the momentum of today and play towards the future we can best co-create.

When you look carefully into the future, you might see generations of people that we could call 'the Perennials'.

Peering into the ways that the future could play out, we can project things, and see the required shifts that must have taken place. One of those things that change the most over time are human attitudes; perceptions and values, and the thoughts that ride upon them.

'The Perennials' will reflect that change, and therefore it is the change that resonates with young people, over time, that will change so many things in our world as we venture forth from here.

We can already see the effects of what so many young people have taken in as the new technological integrated life philosophy that serves them with a very dynamic sense of creative ability and the ease with which those abilities can be expressed on different platforms is already on display. They already exhibit the evolutionary development of a very keen set of abilities that allows them to quickly re-iterate the world around them utilizing the technological advancements of the modern day.

If feels like the generational evolution of humanity has come full circle through periods of semi-conscious meandering through oceans of time just to survive, through all the trials and tribulations, and through the creative chaos that led to an enduring age of scientific industriousness, all to emerge into a self-coherent realization that a greater shift in our consciousness was still lagging behind.

So something still had to change, and so it seems, something did.

But it was an internal change in the way people began to think, and from that a new way of doing became normalized. It was first evidenced by the ineffective application of non-chalance that youth began to exhibit it the early 21st century, but it evolved into something much greater than that. When the young people began to realize that the World stage was ready for a new play, and that they were the central figures, they began to change their silent inner revolt. The apathy and dis-interest in the dismal view of a world of problems, began to shift to a view of a World of opportunity and excitement about what the future could be.

They started to believe in their power to envision change. They started to see more clearly that what they saw the World as, was what they were projecting into the future.

Not only did they start to shift from a confusing perspective of growing up in a hyper-technological context of a world that seemingly wanted to control every part of their world, to a more optimistic perspective that grew from within them, more importantly, they began to see how they could effectively re-iterate their own internal programming.

It was around the time that scientists and researchers began to unravel the deeper understandings of the workings of the epi-genomic mechanisms within the human being, that people began to slowly figure out how to let go of old non-beneficial programs that they had rooted in their deep sub-conscious. People began to clean their own internal house, so to speak, and with that a new kind of maturity was taking root.

With thanks to the human journey that had brought humanity to the dawn of the internet and all it's super-technological connectivity, one thing quickly led to another. One person inspired another, who inspired another, who inspired another and soon the changes in thinking was a cascade of effects that rippled through humanity for decades.

Slowly it became clear that global consciousness was shifted towards a healthier and happier place.

It was as if the new generations were entering into the world already tuned to a higher degree of skillful means to co-exist harmoniously within a new wave of communities that had begun to re-design themselves in ways that naturally blended the eco-technological advances that had been made over the last decades.

People were beginning to see the world around them transform into an exhibition of the world's best ideas come to life. It was truly a re-awaken sense of community and people began to compete not to out do one another to make gains on each other, but rather compete for the sake of making a cooperative gain for the planetary species as a whole.

It still was far from some kind of utopia, but that was never the image people had as the changes were taking place. It was more akin to an upgrade in operating system, that allowed for people to work more effortlessly together.

And so of course it comes to say, that AI had a role to play in that way.

Rudimentary Artificial Intelligence systems quickly evolved into full featured super-sets of goal-directed Artificial General Intelligence, and the clustered stacks of AGI began to make light work of many menial task that humans had toiled on for centuries.

Existing companies had to restructure everything. Massive shifts occurred that moved labor markets from one sector to another in an effort to stabilize the world economy and keep it from breaking down completely. People began to work two days on, one day off, two days on, two days off, and many people began to drop out of the conventional labor pool to enter the parallel growing personal creative economy. Robotic advances with AGI systems control, didn't need too many people on the production floors, but they needed specisely addressed mind power and creativity served on tap through the new 3rd gen internet pipelines.

People adapted to the rapid changes but people were changing in many ways, some of which they did not foresee. The greater unknown was always the existential attribute of a forward looking species like humanity, but no one could tell what all those incremental little changes really were in real time. So only by peering into the future could we even get a glimpse of what it would be in its somewhat contextual entirety.

One thing that stood out was the way people began to treat one another.

After the scourge of pandemics that swept across the planet in the early 21st century, people became both more distanced, wary and introverted, but at the same time more yearning to connect with one another in meaningful ways. The internet and its plethora of platforms and dopamine sparking social media pick-me-ups, were losing their appeal, and people began to ponder to what degree their online consumption and habitation was serving them well.

So much was online that it was an easy lifetime of digital and virtual consumption if you would let it be so. Luckily for many the insight came early enough and they began to realize the implications of such habits were not all that great for them and their families. They realized that they needed to bring themselves and then their families back into balance with the real world.

Health and wellness became the biggest fashion and everyone began to want to trim the methylation off their aging genes, and recover their youthful appearance. A certain kind of social narcissism took root and throughout the age of adjustments, social influencers continued to launch new brands with massive audiences paying attention. Fads and fashions ruled the memetic day, and self-centrics seemed to spin the world.

Their was an age of adjustment, that's for sure, and with such rapid succession of small and seemingly incremental changes mixing with such massive flows of information, the stage was set for something new.

But most people still didn't really understand what all was truly happening. Understandably so. But many were bringing it all home in one way or another. But those who seemed to be most in the flow of it all were the kids, the Youth, the young at heart, and those who knew to respond well, rather than to react.

So much to respond to had already made life in the age of social media taxing on everyone who was overly engaged to it, but balance and harmony with it all became the new catch phrase for life's complexities. Balancing out the self, balancing out the real with the virtual. Balancing and harmonizing the chaos of societies shifting in their myriad of ways. Soon enough harmony was the highest aspiration. Harmonics, became the new science of self and society. People began to relax. Things started to really shift. You could feel on the streets. It felt more like a walk through the meadow on a sweet Sunday afternoon.

There was still a wonderful kind of busy-ness in the air, but it was fresh, and it felt alot different then decades earlier. It seemed like people were more in tune with themselves and with each other. A kind of mutual respect and gratitude for all that was, was more palpable. It was contextual and consensual. People seemed tuned into something from within, that made it all just that special little bit different.

The core subtle shift seemed to be coming from a place of support, that people had slowly internalized. It was a perspective on the existential reality and an implicit acknowledgement that we are all in this together.

Companies had slowly transformed into new organelles that served social benefits as much as they did leverage fiscal fuel to maintain their operational sustainability. The greatest transformation that was leveraged through the advancement of AI and virtual connectivity and integration of new systemics was the elimination of waste. Waste was no more the big issue it had always been. Systems were streamlined by robotics and circular economics stitched everything together in a creative flow of inputs and outputs that became inputs on some other cycle in closed loops of systemics that just made complete sense.

Not only waste, but pollution was slowly being abated and ameliorated by better systems and cleaner sources of energy. Even the marketing industry mavens began to see the benefit of trimming the promotion hype and packaging and wasteful advertising budgets in favor of promoting pure and simple brands that just served great quality through perfected systemic production and pathways that led back to social good.

Everything just began to flow into a stream of improvements that again cascaded a systemic result that eased up things in the social sense of the word. Trickle down and tickle up, everything was gettin' kind of groovy again. Humanity was having a moment and it was a good one.

But would it last, that was also a question.

Well luckily for humanity, great care was taken in the early 21st century to program the goodness into the operational learning sub-sets that was being feed to the AI systems.

Aspirational writings and visions of what the world could be, if it would be what we best could see it could be was programmed into the system. And it was embedded into the cortex of the AI neural network very early on.

It was so important to do that early on, because it basically told AI that humanity, human beings were actually beneficial to the planet. Human beings were ultimately defined as consciously creative, highly capable, and caring extensions of the living planets bio-matrix, and the only conclusion AI could make up about them was that they just needed help to sort out all their problems and all their dysfunctional attributes that expressed under times of inordinate stress and suffering.

So what happened was a direct result of a number of things all playing together to bring about the greater effect, but health care was a big part of it. And AI helped in this regard tremendously.

The one things that was happening in the early 21st century was a great strain was induced on the institutional health care systems of the world. The years of pandemics and subsequent results of billions becoming hit with health concerns, put a renewed focus on what could be done to buffer the systems capacity to serve.

Things were about to change in this sector as well. Three major factors played into it, genomics and epi-genomics, advanced big data AI, and hospital and health sector design. The last of which was a multi-faceted shift that saw design changes that decentralized health access into new tiers of facilities that were more broadly distributed due to some remarkable changes in the way health and healing became integrated into communities.

As people began to see that they must take their health into their own hands and responsibility more and more, AI helped define diagnostic data, and helped humanity make sense of new advancements in diagnostic science with all the bio-markers that were able to be measured. New interventional diagnostics were advancing as well, and new treatments were becoming more and more effective thanks to predictive outcomes aligning with better data distillation. Human kind was also gaining a new appreciation of the world's natural pharmacopeia. Not only did we now understand the true nature of the age old maxim 'let food be thy medicine, and let medicine be thy food', we also began to understand that deeply important link between environmental influences on the epi-genetic management in the context of optimal wellness within.

This wellness within, became a measure of true wealth, as health is wealth and we knew that for a long time, but how could we as species induce the changes that would foster that for society as a whole?

Well it happened. And it was needed in the modern world even more than it was needed in the more naturalized societies on the Planet, but again it was all about balancing that which we had with that which we hadn't. Some societies needed greater access to the diagnostic and interventional health technology, but the modern world needed to understand how the living world interfaces with human health.

We slowly began to become aware of the fact that we as human were a symbiotic ecosystem of organs and all the constituents of those organs were in and of themselves living parts that all worked together to keep us together, to keep living and healthy. We we were not just this singular entity that could do whatever it wanted without great self-care and expect great results. We needed to understand ourselves at the deepest levels, and through the work of countless dedicated researchers and empirical scientific methods we slowly built up that in-depth knowledge. But it was still up to us to take health into the realm of self-responsibility. We knew all about the fundamentals of eating better, staying fit, sleeping well, and living right in the mind, body and spirit. Now we just needed some help sorting out how we could heal.

It was so clear that society was healing, and it was certain that every single person on Earth was healing from something. So we quickly realized that we all needed to embrace that healing and support that healing within and extend that that support to the environment around us. In fact it became the key component of that 'harmony' we mentioned earlier.

Not only did we need to create harmony in our lives, we needed more of it in our families, and we needed it to resonate outwards even further into the world. It didn't take long for us to come to understand how the environments in the world we were building around ourselves were not aligned to this fundamental need.

Our homes weren't designed as supportive healing spaces, and neither were the places we worked, and neither were the places we gathered to do the things we do in any way.

It was one of the biggest realizations that we had as a species when we discovered the truth about how the living environments were affecting us on a deep and profound level. Not only were building our structures with materials and designs that were detrimental to our optimal health potential, but for the longest time, we were not even trying to rectify this fundamental flaw in the way we designed nearly everything.

There was an abundance of toxic environments around us, and the normalization of poor design choices was seen as completely excusable. Community design would often just pop up over prime lands, with little regard to re-integrating the stamped out ecological footprint, and little regard to how life would really be for those that would come to live there. Many cities had vast areas that were not well designed.

Luckily for humanity, we did come to realize that design was at the core of the issues we really had and even though we were seeking better design for a thousand years, we finally began to figure it out. New materials, new modalities, and new forms that we could inhabit, live, work and gather in and around, all became more and more popular.

Design was everything. Homes, buildings, places, spaces, cars, food systems, energy systems, and everything else was touched by the aspects of what was the ideal design.

And that's what ultimately made our World a better place. It was within us, to find it, to harmonize with it, to bring it all home and make it real. It was the perennial gift from all that we had gone through as a species struggling to survive and adapt here on this preciously beautiful and abundant Planet.

It was the realization that it was all possible, and it could be good, and we had what we needed to make it so. It was the knowing, and the discovery of all the things showing the way to believe in the future we could have. It was a mindset now, and it was the embedded 'ideal'. It was the greatest benefit that we could all co-create and share.

And now it was out there walking in the hearts and minds of all the young people, glowing with the confidence and naturally wonderful sense of knowing that they have the ability to make it real; each and every day.

The Perennials are humanity's greatest wonder.

Thank you to every human being who helped us get here. Thank you to everyone who invested any part of their being to making the World a better place with what they did, what they said, what they shared, what they contributed to society, and all that they brought forth from within themselves, from within their family, and from within their community.

We stand on this planet together and all the gratitude in the World should be expressed to each other and to the ancestors of all the people who gave what they gave to be a part of this humanity. For the journey ahead let us share the respect for one another and help each other heal from all the past and may the future be as bright as you can imagine it in your most excellent dreams.
